Best Betta Tanks

You want to start keeping betta, so you are looking for the best betta tank in the market. You’ve searched on Google, and got bombarded with hundreds of ‘top 10 betta tank’ articles. This should make you more confused than before.

Well, in today’s article, I’ll recommend you my top 2 options for a betta tank. I’ll also write about when you should choose which option. I really believe it will help you clear out all the confusion and make a straight purchase easily.

So, without further ado, here are my top 2 options for choosing a betta tank:

  1. Colibrox Aqua Aquarium (Only Tank)
  2. Marina LED 20 Gallon Tank Kit (Comes With Other Stuff With The Tank)

So, when should you choose which one? If you are on a short budget, then go for the number 1 option. You’ll get a sturdy standard sized betta tank. However, you’ll need to buy some other things along with it, such as: a lid cover, filter, substrate, heater, etc.

On the other hand, if you are not very tight on budget, I’ll highly recommend the number 2 option. With that, not only a beautiful 10 tank, you’ll also get:

  • Marina Slim S10 clip-on filter
  • natural daylight LEDs
  • Fluval Max Fish Food
  • Fluval Aqua Plus Water Conditioner
  • Fluval Biological Supplement for better cycling
  • Fish net
  • an aquarium care guide

So, the choice is up to you. Now, let me describe each of these options a little bit more.

Colibrox Aqua Aquarium (The Budget Option)

Many people recommend keeping betta in a 5, or even worse, 3 gallon tank. I absolutely hate that idea. Just because your betta is surviving in a 3 gallon tank doesn’t mean it is happy.

If I confine you to a 5 x 3 x 6 ft room and give you food twice a day, you’ll survive. But will you be happy in that room?

No, I don’t think so.

For betta, I believe you should at least invest in a sturdy 10 gallon tank. That’s why I have chosen the Colibrox Aqua Aquarium.

  • 20 x 12 x 10 inches dimension

The only drawback is, you’ll just get a tank. You’ll even need to buy a lid cover additionally. However, if you are in a tight budget, this Colibrox Aqua Aquarium should be perfect for you.

On the other hand, if you can invest a bit of extra cash for your beautiful betta, I’ll definitely recommend the next option.

Marina LED Aquarium Kit

Here, you won’t get only a tank. You’ll also get lots of other things with the tank as a kit. This will help you a lot especially if you are just starting out with fish keeping.

Here are the things you’ll get with the kit:

  • Marina Slim S10 clip-on filter
  • natural daylight LEDs
  • Fluval Max Fish Food
  • Fluval Aqua Plus Water Conditioner
  • Fluval Biological Supplement for better cycling
  • Fish net
  • an aquarium care guide

Now, Marina LED 20 Gallon Tank Kit has 3 sizing options. 5 gallon, 10 gallon, and 20 gallon. I’ll definitely not recommend going for the 5 gallon tank.

So, let’s take a look at the other two sizing options:

My OpinionIf you want to get a kit and can’t spend a large amount, this is the one you should start with. Buying a 20 gallon tank is always better than a 10 gallon if you can afford it. Trust me, your betta will thank you. Check Here

So, this is my 2 recommendations for you while buying a betta tank. As I promised, I hope you got all your confusions cleared!
